Grok 3 is HERE! 🥳 

Elon Musk’s xAI has launched Grok 3, calling it the "smartest AI on Earth." The model was launched on February 17, 2025, during a live-streamed event.

Grok 3 is a major upgrade over Grok 2, offering 10 times more computational power and was trained using 100,000 Nvidia H100 GPUs, accumulating 200 million GPU-hours for training 📈 

Here are it’s features

• Advanced Reasoning Capabilities – Grok 3 includes models that can analyze problems, fact-check itself, and reduce hallucinations.

• Text-to-Video Conversion – Converts text prompts into video content seamlessly.

• Self-Correction Mechanisms – Enhances accuracy by refining responses in real-time.

• DeepSearch – A new tool enabling in-depth research and comprehensive reports.
  

• Voice Interaction – A voice mode is planned for future updates, enhancing conversational capabilities. 🎙️

Grok 3 outperforms top AI models, including Google's Gemini, DeepSeek V3, and OpenAI's GPT-4o, particularly in science, coding, and mathematics.

Initially, it is exclusive to X Premium Plus subscribers. A new tier, "Super Grok," offers early and full access to advanced features ☑️ 

OpenAI tries to ‘uncensor’ ChatGPT 👀 

OpenAI is changing how it trains AI models to embrace "intellectual freedom," allowing ChatGPT to answer more questions and offer multiple perspectives on controversial topics. The company's new guiding principle, "Seek the truth together," aims to avoid taking an editorial stance.

For example, ChatGPT will assert that "Black lives matter" and "all lives matter," providing context for each movement. OpenAI has also removed orange-box content warnings that flagged potential terms of service violations, aiming to reduce unnecessary denials while ensuring that harmful content remains blocked.

This move is seen as a response to conservative criticism about ChatGPT's safeguards, which some claim skew center-left. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman previously acknowledged ChatGPT’s bias as an unfortunate "shortcoming" and stated that the company is working to fix it.

Meta is working on ‘humanoid’ robots, too

Meta is forming a new team within its Reality Labs division to develop AI-powered humanoid robots. Key aspects of this initiative include:

• Focus on Household Chores: Initially, the robots will be designed to assist with household tasks.

• AI and Sensors Development: Meta aims to create the underlying AI, sensors, and software that other robotics companies can integrate into their products.

• Collaborations: The company is in discussions with robotics firms such as Unitree Robotics and Figure AI.

• Leadership: Marc Whitten, former CEO of Cruise, will lead the new robotics team.

Meta's objective is to provide foundational technologies for humanoid robots, akin to how Google's Android OS and Qualcomm's chips have served the smartphone industry.

Perplexity’s new Deep Research tool is free to use ✅ 

Perplexity AI has launched its new Deep Research tool, now available for all users. Key features include:

• Comprehensive Reports: Deep Research autonomously conducts extensive searches, reviews numerous sources, and compiles clear, detailed reports.

• Speed: Most queries are completed in under three minutes, significantly faster than traditional methods.

• Accessibility: The tool is free for all users, with non-subscribers limited to a set number of queries per day. Paid subscribers can access up to 500 queries daily for $20 a month.

• Versatility: Deep Research excels in various domains, including finance, marketing, technology, health, product research, and travel planning.

This development offers users expert-level analysis quickly and efficiently. The tool is currently accessible on Perplexity's website, with plans to expand to iOS, Android, and Mac platforms 📆

2. Set ChatGPT to say "mhm" throughout your speech until you say "Done."

3. Start a new chat, turn on voice mode, and share your practice prompt to begin.
   
   “You are a live audience, and I'm practicing my speech on [your topic]. I will deliver my speech, and after each section, you will ask me a follow-up question, as if you were an audience member seeking clarification or additional information. Provide feedback on my delivery, including my pacing, tone, and whether I'm keeping the audience engaged. Help me adjust my speech based on your feedback.“

4. Present your speech in sections, saying "Done" after each part.
